The diagnosis is not vTOS, as the patient doesn’t present with swelling or heaviness that are indicative of subclavian vein occlusion. The positive Adson’s test depicted a diminished radial pulse which is not a sign of vTOS as the arteries are able to perform collateral compensation during venous obstruction.
